With over 100 hours of intensive training required before certification, she brings both expertise and precision to every session. She also continues to stay current with the latest trends, research, and continuing education requirements in the field.
In addition, Linda is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has been a Certified Holistic Health Coach for more than six years. She has helped countless individuals achieve greater balance, improved health, and overall well-being. Her integrative approach combines physical care, strength and mobility training, and lifestyle guidance to support long-term results.
